📋 Assessment Structure
- Stage 1: Attention to Detail Test (8 randomly-selected questions, ~15 minutes) - Must score 90% or higher (7/8 correct) to proceed
- Stage 2: Video Interview Questions (5 questions, 2 minutes each) - Share your story and aspirations
- Review Process: Our team reviews Stage 2 responses within 3-5 business days
